I was avoiding having to describe the guy I was “interested” in, but I decided I don’t care anymore because i WAS interested.

I was interested because he was smart and ambitious. Probably the most attractive qualities someone can possess.
although that does catch my interest, it doesn’t really keep my interest.

I don’t know why I was still interested.

He made me feel inferior and maybe that’s why I was still interested.
Maybe I just wanted to feel too good for him.
Oh well.
